Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cloud9 Lab website at cloud9lab.io (the "Site"). Cloud9 Lab, Inc. ("Cloud9 Lab," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing, or submitting information through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

2. About the Site and our services

Cloud9 Lab is a bilingual marketing agency based in Norwalk, California, serving Korean and Korean-American brands. The Site provides general information about our services, work, and how to reach us. Any marketing services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal; the Site itself is informational and does not constitute an offer, quote, or contract for services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or submit information through it. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

We are not obligated to act on unsolicited ideas or proposals, and any such submissions are made without expectation of compensation or confidentiality.

8. Client engagements

Any services Cloud9 Lab provides to a client are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables described on the Site are illustrative and not binding.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the information on it is accurate or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud9 Lab and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloud9 Lab and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms waives any consumer rights that cannot be waived under California law.
